I am a 33 year old millennial with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology
And I help people see their potential to lose weight and get their sh*t together in regards to their health and fitness
I’m here to provide posts, tips and resources to help you lose weight and develop habits that set you up for success with weight loss
and any other goal that helps you get your life together!
Where my passion comes from
My passion to help others comes from my own experience with weight loss
and experiencing the feeling of being completely lost after overcoming a decade long battle with addiction
After years of avoiding being an actual adult, I found myself directionless once sober and faced with reality
It took true grit to rebuild my life, and to be honest I am still on that journey of self discovery
Years of abusing my body left me 85lbs overweight with no shred of self love left in me
So I decided to do something about it
I am not perfect, but I want to share the steps I took to rewrite my path in life and lose over 20lbs in the process
and still counting!
