I am excited today to share with you today 5 positive affirmations for a weight loss mindset

Do you constantly find yourself beating yourself up with negative self talk when it comes to your weight loss journey?
Why is it that one of the biggest hurdles to overcome in life is negative thinking and a negative mindset, especially when it comes to body image and weight loss.
It’s because the energy we focus on is the energy we invite in to our lives and minds.
All it takes is one negative thought to cause a chain reaction in your mind, inviting in thoughts of anxiety and low self worth.
This is why I believe working on the power of positive thoughts is critical to succeeding with weight loss, you have to remind yourself that this journey is 100% possible, you can and will succeed.
How you can invite in a positive weight loss mindset?
One of the ways I have been able to stay positive throughout my weight loss journey is through practicing positive affirmations and changing the way I see myself.
Which as we all know, is SO hard to do!
I am most definitely guilty of the negative self talk, the all or nothing mindset!
But let me remind you weight loss is not black or white, it is a journey, your story. There will be ups and downs through the process.
This is why the law of attraction and reuniting your mind with positive thinking can do wonders for your mentality during weight loss.
You can attract the positive energy needed to continue on the path you desire.
When you continue to invite in positive thoughts the Universe will take care of the rest.
Show gratitude for what you currently have, and be grateful for what will be.

So onto our Affirmations:
Say these affirmations each morning, throughout the day, before bed, or anytime you need to bring your mind back to a productive place in which you recognize your worth!
The trick is to recognize the positive experiences of your weight loss journey, not the perceived failures, this is about uplifting! It is about reconnecting to the Universe so the Universe can serve you in an amazing way.
Here are Five Positive Affirmations for a Weight Loss Mindset:
These affirmations are meant to uplift, encourage, and appreciate what you are currently grateful for in your weight loss journey.
I encourage you to shift your mind to focus on all aspects of your weight loss and fitness journey, including gaining strength and health.
Say these positive affirmations either out loud or to yourself:
- I am worth having a body I am comfortable in
- I welcome the opportunity to become stronger
- I am grateful that I am where I need to be
- I deserve to be at a healthy weight
- I am worthy of nourishing my body
Take a few moments out of your day to repeat these affirmations to yourself, either out loud or in your mind to set yourself on the right track to weight loss.
You will remind yourself how far you’ve come and get excited for what is about to happen!
